Enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating mind-body yoga retreat in an untouched natural environment.
Your daily schedule will consist of meditation, pranayama, and yoga asana classes with an experienced and qualified teacher. This retreat helps you feel stronger and more flexible in your body, more relaxed in your mind, and more peaceful in your soul. You will come away from the retreat with the ability to continue your own yoga practice at home. In your free time, you can enjoy nature walks, self-study, swimming and other water sports or just relax.

Varanashi X-Fitness Camp
Redefine your physical capabilities surrounded by nature under the guidance of a qualified coach.
The camp improves your agility, mobility, stability and flexibility through active workouts such as slack lining, stand-up paddling, yoga, swimming and interval training. These foundational strengthening workouts allow you to move towards peak performance in any sport and improve your overall level of fitness.

Week X-Fitness: 5-day, 4-night
Ultimate X-Fitness Camp: 14 days, 13 nights
Summer camp: One month (available during April and May)
All stays on our centuries-old organic farm include vegetarian meals cooked with a lot of love from ingredients grown on our farm in in accordance with state-of-the-art nutritional principles.
You can choose to stay in our dormitories or one of our two hand-crafted tree houses. We host camps all year round, and are happy to accomodate your needs.
